Thanks so much for the work that you did with me in Sedona. I can't tell you how much it has helped me. As you know, I have for years had a very difficult time with confidence as well as being able to communicate, resulting in a very uncomfortable lump in my throat. The confidence factor has been an issue all of my life and for the past four years I have struggled with the issue with my throat. "A good teacher or coach is one who guides well, and who challenges us to glimpse or be the best people we can be! It is a remarkable skill which many have, but probably just as many don’t. Kevin Cole well and truly falls into the first category.
Kevin is wise and open enough to see each person as the unique being he or she is, tailor his guidance and expertise and move forward from there. He is a teacher who has an innate ability to understand, empathize, and give of himself as part of the learning, healing and growth process.

"Firstly, away from the course I am amazed by what I have learned and am determined to continue to master and expand on these skills. I have to say that the course was not what I was expecting, but has opened my mind to a whole range of alternate possibilities to the imagined ones; I am only just beginning the process of feeling my way around these. On a very personal level I am really enjoying some fundamental changes in myself; the strongest indication I have of this is my reaction to the realisation on Saturday night that I wasn’t going to be able to return. Instead of what I would have expected; a bit of sulking and self indulgent thinking along the lines of ‘why does this always happen to me’ and a resentful resignation, I actually had an immediate peace with the decision and could immediately start to visualise benefits and opportunities arising from it. "Dear Kevin,
I was waiting for the opportunity to properly take some time out of my unexpectedly busy schedule to send you a note of appreciation.
My unexpected busy schedule is caused by the life changing decision I made during your training course at Empowerment Quest International, namely the one of starting my own business. A decision that I had been struggling to make for several years.
I am about to leave my old career and my old employer. I am glad to leave that toxic environment behind, and am able to leave with my soul still in tact. Attending your classes ended up causing an awakening out of a deep sleep I have been in for years. Though I always have gotten out of life what I wanted, traveling the world, graduating with a masters of laws, climbing the career ladder to senior manager level in a well known European IT company. Even though I behaved like I was all that and a bag of chips, somewhere along the line I ended up drifting further and further away from myself. Until I burned out and then was diagnosed with a severe form of chronic fatigue. After years of illness, I went on a mission to heal and find myself.
The chronic fatigue had gotten better but just wouldn’t completely disappear, and the early 30s crisis that I see happening to my peers as well, was ever so prevalent. I like to call it, my mid-existentialist crisis. So many of us, have this crisis it seems. The one where you are suddenly in your early 30s, you look at your college diploma’s on the wall, you count your kids, your husband/wife, the house that you own, and your career is pretty much set. Realistically you have everything you ever wanted, until you wake up with the awful realization that you wanted the wrong things. You toss and turn in bed, and a single mantra goes through your head “there has got to be more to life then this, this is not what I want, but what do I want????”
Though I attended your course with the intention to learn NLP skills, useful in any career. I ended up getting much much more out of it then expected. Not only do I see clearly what I need to do with my life now. Have the skills to do it with. And I gained the confidence to just go for it, and have faith that I will come out alright in the end. Also my days of chronic fatigue seem to have magically disappeared while attending your course, even though no intervention was done. It was the environment, the class, the people, and the profound intense experience I was having. Aside from gaining a lot of new skills, I also feel I was spiritually healed. People around me now notice right away, I seem to be standing up straight, a bounce in my step, and a grin on my face.
Now there are many things I am thankful to you for already, but I think I have a long road ahead of me to truly know the great things yours course has given me. In any case, I am really excited about the changes I have already made and the road ahead. Something I haven’t felt in many years.
Aside from the above, as a person you are simply a great guy. And during the 16 days I spent with you, I have found your moral compass seems to always steadily point in to the right direction. Hold on to that! Your enthusiasm for your work and helping people, is contagious. I am sure I will pay it forward on this side of the pond!
Now from the above, I am sure you hardly recognize the girl that stood up in class during introduction and said “what I am really worried about in terms of this course, that all of you are a bunch of fruit cakes!!!” Some major convincing and breaking down walls was needed to make me a believer. And maybe, just maybe, I was wrong (just this once in my life, hahah.) Magic does indeed exist! When you see all these wonderful things happening around you, and feel them happening to you, I had all the proof I needed. When I said I had embraced my inner fruit cake, I meant it. I will recommend your course to anyone who wants to hear about it, including people like the old me…they need it the most.
